To all couples respectively, we understand and empathize with you all during this uncertain and overwhelming time, as we all try to navigate through COVID-19. Be Our Guest Events wants to extend our expertise within the industry, and to help support you and guide you in the right direction moving forward with your events, both emotionally and morally. The wellbeing and health of our clients and fellow vendors is the upmost priority to us, and we will all get through this together!

RELIEF PACKAGE
• Contract review to assess options moving forward with each individual vendor booked based on contract requirements and deadline dates
• Working alongside all of your previously booked vendors to find a suitable new date and assist in the rebooking process
• Personalized payment timeline to outline what deposits have been paid and any upcoming payments
• For those clients who have printed their invitations but haven't sent them out, we will work with your supplier on a reprint with your new date
• If you have already sent your invitations, we will work with your supplier on creating a ‘Change of Date’ card to send to all of your guests to inform them of any changes to your wedding
• Working alongside your venue to renegotiate contract if guaranteed guest count or minimum spend will not be met
• If in the unfortunate event that any of your booked vendors are out of business by your new wedding date, or unavailable we will work on finding a suitable replacement
Service Fee: $500 (all inclusive)
**Please note if clients choose to hire Be Our Guest Events Inc. in the future as their day of coordinators, this service fee will be applied as a deduction to their package fee. This package discount is applicable for new clients only. This package may be an add on to any pre-existing client packages.

Be Our Guest Events would like to express our sincere gratitude for all front line health care workers. : nurses, doctors, support staff, cleaning staff, and more for their tireless work during during the fight against COVID-19 experienced all over the world. With those of us who have the. opportunity and are told to stay in the comfort and safety of our own homes, and practice social distancing, health care workers are front and centre, taking care of those affected by the COVID-19 virus as well as our senior citizens and those with illnesses all at the same time.
To thank you for your bravery and service, Be Our Guest Events would like to extend a 20% discount off the relief package too all frontline workers. However, if you choose to move forward with any of our planning packages for your wedding day in addition, we will honour the entire $500 deductible off of your package completely.
