Be Our Guest Events is a boutique wedding planning studio serving Toronto, the GTA and Ontario. Kayla spent her first years learning every corner of this industry, paying her dues and deciding exactly what kind of planner she wanted to be, and what level of service she’d put her name on. In 2019 she opened Be Our Guest.
YOUR TEAM
The planners who meet you in the morning are the ones who see you onto the dance floor.
Your lead planner is the person you build the whole plan with. The planners beside you on the day have been part of that plan from the start, so they know your family, your vendors and the whole timeline. Nothing gets explained twice.
MEET KAYLA
Everyone else chose conferences.
In her special events program, nearly every classmate went into meetings and conferences. Against her professors’ advice, Kayla chose weddings. One day as an intern was enough to know she’d made the right choice. Every season since, she has done what she does best: sitting across from a couple, hearing the day they want, and being the calm voice when the planning gets loud.
