We carry it, so you don’t.
We tour venues with you, source and manage every vendor, and build your budget and timeline. For months we hold every deadline and every detail, so the only decisions you make are the ones that matter to you. Two months out we take over the final details and run your rehearsal. On the day, a team of planners runs the room.

Wedding Day Coordination
You planned it. Now hand it over.
Two months before your wedding, it becomes our job. We confirm every vendor, walk through every detail with you, build the timeline and run your rehearsal. On the day, every question goes to us instead of you.

THE MUSIC
The ceremony musicians had confirmed twice, the second time the week of the wedding. Thirty minutes before a downtown Toronto ceremony, they still weren’t answering their phones. One of our planners plugged into the church’s sound system and ran every piece of ceremony music from her phone, from the processional to the recessional, in the exact instrumental versions the couple had chosen. The couple found out later, when we handed back the envelope meant for the musicians.
THE ROOM
The venue had booked the morning to another event. It was never in a contract and never came up in a meeting. Vendors arrived to a room they couldn’t get into. On the spot, we rebuilt the timeline around every vendor’s setup and had the venue greet each guest with champagne to buy back the time. Guests walked into a quiet, cozy welcome, and the couple got extra minutes for photos.
THE CAKE
Cocktail hour had started when we saw the cake beginning to lean. While the bakery drove back, we brought the couple in for a private cake cutting with their photographer, so the moment would exist whatever happened next. The baker fixed it before the doors opened. Not one guest knew.
